ImageKeep Express 1 - Technical Q&A Forum

Registration problems

A colleague of mine is having continuous problems with the registration of ImageKeep. These problems have reoccured several times over the last 5-6 months. But in periods, it has been working fine.
The program says it is not registered. We then ask the program to register, we get the authorization code, enter it, and the program says it is successfully registered. But when she tries to enter new pictures, it says that the trial period is expired.
I just downloaded version 1.3.0 on her computer to see if that helped, but it did not.
I just moved my own registration to a new computer and registered again, and had absolutely no problems with this, so why are we getting these problems on her computer?

Answers

The only reason I can think of is that perhaps she is not logged in as an Administrator when she is entering the authorization code. Let me know if this is not the problem.
