Finding duplicates

Hi, Currently trying sorting about 2000 images, is there any way to sort then images so that ducplicates end up in sequence. I did something simular for a batch of web images using vbscript and asp. I read the binary of each image and then encoded the binary to Base64. This data was inserted into a database as varchar which was then sorted by a query. Images that are the same had the same base64 string. Could this feature be added to program?? I can send the vbScripting i used if this helps. Before i encoded the binary the all image was converted to a jpeg Regards Neil Boath
